Help: I’ve FALLen and I Can’t Get Up

If it wasn’t feeling like fall last week or the week before here in Jersey…it definitely is now! Overnight lows this past week have been in the 40s and the daily highs haven’t even reached 65! Summer is definitely gone.

Although I hate to see the summer go, fall is truly my favorite season. There is something really refreshing about the crispness in the air and “back to school” time has always been exciting (even tough we aren’t in school, nor do we have children). Another thing I love about fall is Halloween – my favorite holiday. As we may have mentioned last year, we host an annual Halloween party and each year, we add a little somethin’ somethin’ to our decoration collection. This year we have a few ‘tricks’ up our sleeves:

I could probably talk forever about all my favorite fall things, but one of the absolute greatest parts about this season has got to be the food! We’ve been making some great fall recipes (a lot in the crock pot), drinking some great fall beers and creating some fancy fall cocktails. Most of my inspiration for our recipes comes straight from Pinterest.
